I purchased a 10K gold necklace and when the necklace arrived the lobster claw claps was broken. I returned the necklace.

Purchased men’s chain, started falling apart. Had it repaired. Fell apart again. Will never purchase from shop LC again. Only good for the price of gold now.

I ordered some face creams from this seller during a live promotion on their site & if you ordered during the presentation, a discount was offered. I paid for my order via PayPal & was appropriately charged $173. Ten minutes later, I got an email from the company, confirming my order but the discount had been removed & now my order reflected a price of $216-$43 higher than what I had planned on paying & reeked of dishonesty. I immediately called customer service, expecting to get a credit for the discount I was supposed to have received but they were "unable" to make that adjustment. The best they could do was cancel my order & make another order but this would have to be done in 2 separate orders, which made absolutely no sense. After 37 minutes on the phone, I told him to just cancel the order. I had requested to speak to a manager early in the phone call but the rep refused my request. Assuming there might be a communication problem since the representative had a very strong accent & I kept having to ask him to repeat what he had said, I sent an email to customer service, explaining the whole situation to them but now was told that nothing could be done since my order had been cancelled. Did this mean that this person could have done something while the order was still active? At least 3 times in my phone conversation, I asked if I would get a confirmation email regarding the cancellation & was told yes but 2 days later, I still have not received one. I have received a refund from the company. Based on this experience, I must conclude that Shop LC is not interested in customer satisfaction. I did place several other orders with them & have to admit that I am now apprehensive about what I will be receiving when the packages arrive. Hopefully, there will be no problems since I would prefer to never deal with their customer service again. While they were all nice & apologetic, no one was able to resolve the problem that was created after I had paid for my order. Based on some of the other reviews, here & on Ebay, I sure wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company.

It’s September 17, 2022, and I can’t get Shop LC on my TV. I live in Whittset, NC. We have not being able to get this Chanel for a long period. What is the problem?Se

It's been a month since I order from Shop LC. Still have not receive my product.

I had a large order with many different pieces. I was pleasantly surprised with not only the timeliness of the deliveries but the packaging as well. The quality of everything was also above and beyond what I anticipated. I ordered items for myself as well as for family members and everyone was very happy with what they got. I was especially happy with a dress that I ordered for myself. The website made ordering easy, the shipping was perfect and the products were everything I hoped they would be and then some. Truly a wonderful company to do business with.

I ordered a gold chain the website showed available but after shop LLC took the money they said they had no inventory so I ordered another from the web site same thing they took the money then 5 days later said they had no inventory.

I purchased a pair of earrings. Had not received in over 10 days and the link for tracking did not work. I called the company and was told to contact UPS. I explained that I had contacted UPS but they had no information. I requested a refund but the company refused. I contacted my credit card company and opened a complaint. The credit card company withheld payment. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
